To file a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) for an IRCTC train ticket refund online, follow these steps:

  1. Login to IRCTC Website:

    • Visit the IRCTC website.
    • Log in using your registered ID and password.
  2. Navigate to TDR Filing:

    • Go to MY ACCOUNT.
    • Click on My Transactions.
    • Select File TDR.
  3. Choose the Relevant PNR:

    • Select the PNR (Passenger Name Record) for which you want to file the TDR.
  4. Select TDR Reason:

    • Choose the appropriate TDR Reason from the drop-down list.
    • The reason could be related to train cancellation, late running of the train, or other valid reasons.
